A new XR3000C mobil-e on its way to its place of use 🚛We take care of everything for our customers, from installation and commissioning to training the employees who operate our shredders. 👨🔧At our customer RDG Plast, part of the RDG Recycling Group, an XR3000C mobil-e will shred plastics in future and process them for recycling. "Circular economy - waste management under the sign of change" ♻️Under this motto, the Austrian Waste Management Conference of the ÖWAV - Österreichischer Wasser- und Abfallwirtschaftsverband (Austrian Water and Waste Management Association) will take place in Vienna from April 24-26. The first day will shed light on climate change from a historical perspective and the current status of the circular economy. Day 2 will focus on future dialogs, new scientific findings and the analysis of political developments in the field of waste and recycling management. Refining waste materials ⭐The aim of UNTHA customer Schenker Industrie- und Städtereinigungs GmbH is to refine waste materials in order to return them to the material cycle, reduce CO2 emissions and save resources. 🗑️♻️To this end, various materials such as hard plastics, agricultural films as well as waste wood, bulky waste and production residues are processed in 13 independent plants. Cement industry relies on RDF from used tires 🏭Türkiye is one of the largest cement exporters in the world. In order to make the production of this energy-intensive product as efficient as possible, many companies use refuse-derived fuels, for example from used tyres and rubber. 🔥At KÇS Kipaş Çimento – part of Kipas Holding – a UNTHA XR3000C shreds used tyres:The XR is a 1-shaft shredder for coarse, medium and fine shredding of different materials. In just one single step, tyres are processed and any metal they contain is separated out.
